For the second episode in our series around addiction, we sit down with Lauren Acton, Reiki Master Teacher and Tibetan Singing Bowl Healer. After struggling through years of addiction, anxiety, and depression, Lauren found the healing modalities of energy and sound. Through these tools, she discovered she could reorient her addictive thinking and behavior. This healing path also led her to connecting to who she really is through erasing the illusion of everything she thought she was supposed to be.
