California’s High Speed Rail project has been the source of public scrutiny for years thanks to budget-busting financial overruns, mismanagement and delays. Just a few weeks ago, the Biden administration pumped another $3 billion into the project, which won’t be ready for another several years, and that’s just Phase 1 from Bakersfield to Merced. Today on Insight, we take a deep dive into the high speed rail with CEO Brian Kelly.
