Wow. There is so much I could say about this episode. For this one, I'm joined by the most incredible woman, who I would describe as a mystical mama, Angela Hale. She embodies the most loving channel between the medicine of the cosmos and the ancient wisdom of the earth and has been a beacon of real authentic Love in the midst of a "there's something wrong with you that needs fixed" type of personal development industry. Together we dive in to the role that Love and curiosity play in evolution, the new paradigm of "transformation", the beauty of being a human being, body wisdom, and really what it actually means to love life in all of its mess. There is so much medicine in here from Angela that I know will blast open your mind, heart and soul. Please take a listen, and watch! (new video format included) and I'd love to hear your thoughts online!

We are back with more Gilly! And what a perfect episode to wrap up the series. It has been so special for me, speaking with all of these women and giving them an opportunity to share their stories. Every single one of them has been powerful and this episode really brings it all home. After we wrap recording Part 1, I find out that Gilly has an entire other piece of her journey that we didn't get to so I decide to whip the laptop and mic back out and drop back in and boy am I happy I did. This is a big one, and Gilly gets very vulnerable, sharing some painful and dark parts of her past that ended up as her biggest catalysts for growth. This episode has it all - a woman's reclamation of her truth and her body, exploring the energy of fear in our choices and how that stays with us, creating safety internally as the ultimate healing opportunity and so much more. This woman really wove her pain into the golden strands of love that she walks with today and I can't wait for you to listen xo.

This is an episode you will not want to miss. I've got my girl Gilly Salter who, beyond being an amazing friend and woman, is a highly skilled Dr. of Chinese Medicine with a deep sense of spirituality. We jammed out big time in this episode, all cozy in her feminine womb den of a home. In this episode Gilly shares about her own journey of healing, touching on everything from trauma, food allergies, feminine wisdom and the connection between how we move through life and the impact it has on our health... and this is just part 1! This episode is about way more than birth control and we talk about the immense power of our wombs, the patterns we are indoctrinated into as young girls, the healing power of intention, and the link between the mind body and soul. Gilly has so much magic to share and I had so much fun in this episode because together we definitely opened a vortex. This is body wisdom meets spirituality and everything in between. Enjoy! xo

Today I am joined by Rose Donalds, who I actually went to high school with and has returned to my orbit these last few years as we both had our own spiritual journeys that have brought us back together! In this episode Rose shares about her process with three unplanned pregnancies, how birth control affected her and the impact that it had on her health and her marriage. She has a beautiful perspective on her journey and the way she approaches her cyclical nature now. It was really beautiful for me to hear the way she stood for herself, her body and her health on her journey and the impact that has had on her children. Enjoy! xx

This is a special episode. I am joined by my mother, Lesley Hadrill, who is a mystic, a healer and incredible mother and I am so grateful to have her as part of this conversation. Together we dive in to her personal journey with birth control and holistic healing and what is was like for her making choices that weren't part of the mainstream. She has so much wisdom to share about health, women's wellness and walking a unique path of truth. We also touch on what it was like for her when I went on birth control and letting me find my own way back home to my body. This conversation marks a really special moment in our relationship as I have been coming back to myself and finding deep reverence for the Feminine. Enjoy xo
If you want to connect with her deeper, you can follow her on IG @lesley.hadrill. She shares healing recipes, inspirational and poetic writing and will soon be offering guidance for those looking to reclaim their vitality and health.
This is a special one for me as I am joined by my longest standing client, Kelsey Pieper. I have watched and loved this woman through so many initiations when it comes to her journey as a woman. The return of her menstrual cycle, her wedding, her first pregnancy, her first birth, her first postpartum experience. It has been an honour to see her anchor deeply into who she is and her magic. During this conversation Kelsey takes us through her life, starting as a teen where saying the word Period wasn't even allowed. She went on both the pill and then the depo shot and made the choice to go off as her body began speaking to her and we dive in to how it all unfolded and the emotional and energetic process that accompanied the journey.

For this conversation, I was joined by Jen who is a police officer and has been on a journey of awakening, both to her own nature as a woman and a spiritual being. We talk about her journey with her menstrual cycle, the pill and how the internet and what she was learning in her health coaching certification program opened her eyes to what was happening below the surface with her body. We then spend some time diving into what it is like to be a woman in the police force and how old systems that we've relied on are being challenged as the consciousness of our planet is rising. I loved this conversation and am excited to share.
The first interview in a series of conversations I'm having with women about their journeys with hormonal birth control, their bodies and their knowing. This is a powerful one to kick us off as I'm joined by my friend Caitlin Goehring who has a really powerful story to share. We go deep into the cultural narratives that most young women are conditioned into and she shares about her experience confronting religious dogma, choosing sexual freedom and then her body telling her it was time to go deeper with true internal liberation. Caitlin was on an IUD that her body began to reject and hearing her experience with doctors and insurance companies gives us a glimpse into other agenda's that are at play when it comes to women's health.

A new series has been sparked by responses to what I've shared around hormonal birth control and the effect it has on women. The series will involve interviews with a number of women sharing about their own personal journeys with birth control and transitioning off of it. I kick things off with this episode, sharing how this series is taking shape, my deep personal connection to this conversation and my own personal journey with birth control. I realize how passionate I am about this as I speak about it, connecting with the fact that most teenage girls get scared into managing the natural, ever changing nature of their bodies and miss the crucial opportunity to learn how to embrace and be with their dynamic nature. This is a much bigger pattern at play with the Masculine and Feminine collectively and I am very excited to bring forth a larger conversation.

I stirred some sh*t up on TikTok yesterday and in this episode I reflect on my journey so far with speaking out on the internet and how it's affected me in the past, how I moved through it and some patterns I'm noticing in how people respond to things they don't like. I also touch on what I shared around the effect hormonal birth control has on a woman's body.
