  • Melissa Sparks "I attempted Suicide"

Melissa came to the WUW studio with hopes of reaching a very specific audience. The topic of suicide is a taboo one and not talked about much and it is for that reason that I thank Melissa for being brave enough for telling her story. She also has tons of great information for those seeking help with any mental health issues and she wants you to know that you are not alone. Thank You Melissa for your courage and your drive to help those in need.

  • Some people are PISSED!

I guess the last episode of WUJC rubbed a few folks the wrong way so I address those feelings in this episode. Also, Jackson Co. was granted 4 Million dollars for the sports complex project and in this episode I tell you how to keep up to date on the spending and progress of that project. Ashley Gabbard calls in to tell about her Sling Some Hope event coming up on Saturday April 13th from 2 to 6 at Flat Lick Falls. Bring your kids to this event folks. It very well could keep them from making a bad decision in life.

  • I didn't leave my home for six years. TikTok personality "Brandy Mckinney"
You wouldn't know it by watching her wildly popular videos on Tik Tok, but Brandy has been the victim of severe anxiety and she still deals with it daily. Brandy suffered a great loss in losing her brother and that's when her own personal struggles began. In this episode Brandy details what she has gone through and just how bad it got for her. She also talks about how being able to make he videos and tell of her struggles and her way of life in the "Holler" has helped her and maybe even saved her life. Brandy doesn't like to call the people on Tik Tok her followers, she prefers calling them her Friends, and the way she thinks about them is very heartfelt. Please enjoy the show.
