If you need to know what kind of guy Tuck Fard is you need only to look at his name. Tuck Fard may not look the part and he may not act the part, but the man is actually very intelligent.
His way of bringing the truth to light is both hysterical and, in your face, and certainly unapologetic.
While you are laughing, please also listen because there's a lot of truth in the jokes he tells.
Please give him a follow on all his Social media accounts linked below.
Danny has said this Podcast is like therapy for him and he uses it as such in this episode along with the wisdom of Big Mike. Danny believes that the PEOPLE have the ultimate say over the way your community conducts itself. He tries to empower the people and get them to realize that YOU decide what happens in your town and that you only have to stand up and make them do what you want. From fair and honest politicians to needing a stop light in our town he touches on a few different subjects.
The 3rd installment of Appalachian Table Tales features Lynetta Hunter who is a staple in our community. We had some very interesting characters in the studio today. The very gracious folks from Dawn Lands LARP sat down with me to talk about (LARPING) AKA Live Action Role Playing. And let me tell you these guys were dresses to the 9's. They explained to me that Larping is a fun way for one to express an alternate persona, attitude and character. This is really amazing stuff guys. Please tune in and give this a listen.

This is the second episode of Appalachian Table Tales. In this episode we sat down with Rick Powell. Rick is a Veteran of our great Military, proprietor, and bus driver. Rick recalls all of his memories living in Appalachia, being a business owner and riding his bike across the Appalachian region.
As Rick tells of his experiences you can almost get a sense of being taken back in time when life moved much slower and folks focused on more important things.
Appalachian Table Tales is brought to by Erik Hubbard, Director of Backroads of Appalachia and AmericorpsVISTA and in part by the What's up World Podcast.

I have said before do not let your past predict your future. Well, as Robin tells us in this episode that cannot always be the case. Being born into a Family who abused drugs she knew no difference in life. It was all just normal life to her. Robin tells us of her struggles with having a Family who actively used drugs throughout her life and her she ultimately overcame drugs and now proudly wears the title of Hope Dealer, instead of Dope Dealer. Robin is a very soft spoken and gentle soul who you would never guess lived the kind of life she speaks of. Please take a listen and enjoy what can only be described as a total success story and rebirth.

I knew I had to get Carl back in the studio to spread some joy among us. Carl has already begun to decorate for Christmas and boy is he excited for that. Carl is as genuine of a person as you can get, and an absolute joy to be around. Everywhere Carl goes he's wearing a smile and it's impossible to be in a bad mode around the guy. Thank You Carl for being such a wonderful person and adding some happiness and light to our life.

OK folks.. here is a very raw and unedited trial run of video for the Podcast. Please keep in mind this is just a trial run. I am only concerned with being able to actually get video uploaded to the platform and then I'll worry about the video and audio quality later. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
