The runway from Sunday’s fatal plane crash has reopened at Laguardia Airport. A Port Authority spokesperson said that the runway has been inspected and repaired to meet FAA guidelines. Since Monday, the plane wreckage has been on the tarmac, blocking one of the two runways at the airport.
