Gale is also a startup advisor and is currently a founding Board member of Chicago Blend, an organization focused on increasing diversity in VC and startups. Previously, Gale founded IrishAngels, one of the largest angel groups in the world. She also founded two failed startups, consulted for new product launches with Nielsen, and was part of the strategy team at Orbitz.
