Today, Roger likes to create an environment where needs are anticipated and nerves are soothed. If you've ever walked into the shop on Front Street in Keeseville, you know that the banter is good and the tools are aplenty. Alicia's playfulness need not be confused with indifference. She's tough. And takes no prisoners. Adding some order and assertion to the whole endeavor.
