Today in the Watchtower we welcome the amazing Nicole Dubuc. Nicole has been working in television since she was a kid, and has done jobs both in front of and behind the camera, including writing, acting, and producing. She's an eight-time Emmy-nominated writer, as well as a Writers Guild of America Award winner! Her impressive writing resume includes credits for some of your favorite cartoons including Kim Possible, W.I.T.C.H., Star Wars Rebels, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and at least four different Transformers animated series. But for our listeners, she is probably best known for her work on Young Justice where she's written some fan-favorite episodes including "Bereft," "Image," and "Failsafe."

@NicoleDubuc

If you'd like to check out Nicole's most recent animation work, she was a writer for "Pacific Rim: The Black" on Netflix, a developer and show runner for "The Rocketeer," now available on Disney+, and she's currently executive producing a new Transformers show for Nickelodeon.

Today in the Watchtower, we welcome Melissa, the mind behind YJFanVids, an amazing online source for YJ news and fan creations. Over the years, she's helped helm many of the fan campaigns to bring back Young Justice after the end of season two, as well as being a contributing writer for both the She-Ra fansite, Princesses of Power, and the DCTV News site. In May, she'll have been a part of the Young Justice fandom for a full decade and I can't wait to talk about all of that with her today.

Today in the Watchtower we welcome back the wonderful Jeff Stormer for Part 2. You may remember him from his previous appearances on Whelmed discussing Superman, Ted Kord, and more, but if this is your first time tuning in, here's a little refresher. Jeff is a podcaster, tabletop RPG writer, and a man with an actual college degree in comic books. He's the host of the Party of One podcast where he and a variety of awesome guests play two-person tabletop RPGs--you may have heard me, Rich, or Neal play a couple of different games over there--as well as the co-host of the fantasy world-building podcast, All My Fantasy Children. And if that wasn't enough, he's created almost a dozen different indie RPGs including the upcoming superhero game, Anyone Can Wear the Mask.
