We have gone through a lot this year. And some of that "a lot" may have included an unexpected job loss or change. We wanted to take time and recognize that not every need for career exploration is from . Sometimes, we are anxious and need practical help. In this podcast, we share with you some basic steps to focus on if you have experienced a sudden job loss.

So often, college students approach the college process linearly. We want to encourage students to think differently about how they approach their college experience so that it is worth their invested time and money. In this podcast, you will hear us discuss this idea of beginning with the end in mind-that if you first choose what career you hope to have, then you can plot out a more clear path of what opportunities to take within college. We also address how this changes between traditional and nontraditional students.

We had the privilege of talking with Mischon Hart, Director of Marketing at Anderson University. Over the past year, Mischon created a brief quiz for incoming students that allows them to change their language and the way they think about career clusters.
