There comes a point on every growth journey where things get uncomfortable.
You set the intention.
In this episode, I’m talking about the refining fire. The challenges. The hurdles. The moments that feel like setbacks but are actually invitations.
Because every obstacle reveals something:
This isn’t about punishment. It’s about refinement.
Growth will test the parts of you that don’t yet trust your own expansion. And instead of asking “Why is this happening to me?” we learn to ask, “What belief is being exposed right now?”
This episode is about self-inquiry.
You are not being blocked.

We show up for other people every single day.
We honour deadlines.
But what about the promises we make to ourselves?
In this episode, I’m talking about commitment — not the kind we give so freely to others, but the kind we struggle to give to ourselves.
Self-love isn’t just bubble baths and affirmations. It’s discipline. It’s devotion. It’s choosing yourself even when it’s inconvenient. It’s keeping the promises no one else sees.
If you’ve ever said “this is my year” and then slowly abandoned yourself…
This episode is for you.
Because loving yourself isn’t a feeling.
It’s a commitment.

You can watch every motivational video.
And still feel stuck.
In this episode, I talk about the part of manifestation that’s rarely explained properly: feeling. Not forced emotions. Not pretending to be happy. But the quiet, embodied sense of safety, trust, and alignment that actually creates change.
Because if your body doesn’t feel it, your nervous system won’t let it happen.
This is a conversation about why mindset alone isn’t enough, how alignment shows up as a feeling before it ever becomes a result, and what to do when your thoughts say “I’m ready” but your body says otherwise.
No pressure. No pretending. Just the truth about how transformation really begins.

Resilience isn’t about pretending things don’t hurt — it’s about learning how to stay standing when they do. In this episode, I talk honestly about what resilience really looks like in everyday life: the quiet strength behind starting again, the courage to keep going when motivation disappears, and the discipline of choosing yourself even when it feels heavy. This is a conversation about emotional endurance, rebuilding trust with yourself, and understanding that resilience is not loud or dramatic — it’s built in small, repeated decisions to continue. If you’ve been tired, discouraged, or questioning your capacity to keep moving forward, this episode is a reminder that resilience is already inside you, and it grows every time you refuse to give up on your own life.

This episode is about self-trust.
Trusting your heart.
For a long time, I didn’t trust myself.
In this episode, I talk about why self-trust is so important on the journey of self-love and manifestation, and how I’m learning to trust myself again — not perfectly, but honestly.
Because manifestation isn’t just about asking for what you want.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure, or disconnected from yourself, this conversation is for you.

When we start our journey to get to where we want to go, it can be hard when we fall down, and its important in those moments to give yourself grace. In this weeks episode I talk about letting go of who you used to be, and seeing the woman you are now. Taking the time to see all the ways that you are showing up for yourself now, all the ways that there has been growth and celebrating that. An important step in self love is grace, giving yourself the grace to fall down, and know that its okay. You've got this, you are stronger then you know.

In this episode I talk about the power of visualisation, and how its changed my life and is still changing my life. At the start of any journey you have to visualise where you want to go. You have to get that picture clear in your mind, and keep walking towards it. Visualisation is the key to manifesting your dream life.
Whenever I talk about a book I've read in the podcast, I want to put it here so that you can read it too. Power Manifesting- Paul Mckenna. (Full disclosure- I do get a small commision if you buy it through this link, but you can of course get it anywhere you buy your books)

In this weeks episode, I talk about the power of visualising your future self. The future version of you that has already achieved all her goals, and is living her best life. Visulisation is a powerful tool in giving you the power in this moment, to keep walking towards your dreams, to keep walking towards her.
In the episode, I spoke about a book that I read that is helping me to transform the way I eat and see food: Good Sugar, Bad Sugar- Allen Carr (Easy Way Click the link to buy the book- Full disclaimer I do get a small commision if you buy from my link, but you are of course free to go look elsewhere for the book.
