Nl: In het café van het kantoor scheen de lentezon fel door de ramen.
En: In the café of the office, the spring sun shone brightly through the windows.

Nl: Amsterdam was vol leven.
En: Amsterdam was full of life.

Nl: Koningsdag stond voor de deur, en de grachten glinsterden vrolijk in het licht.
En: Koningsdag was just around the corner, and the canals sparkled cheerfully in the light.

Nl: De ruimte was versierd met oranje slingers en tulpen in potten.
En: The space was decorated with orange streamers and tulips in pots.
