Your Pan American Games Individual Gold Medalist, Caroline Pamukcu, joins Nicole to talk through the whole games from the build-up right the way to the individual medal. She also gives us an insight into her set-up and some of the sacrifices she has made to get this far.

Caroline Pamukcu is not only the Individual Gold Medalist from the Pan American Games 2023 but she is also the rider with the most number of international wins in 2023.

She moved to England for 6 months in 2022 to base herself with Pippa Funnell for training and throughout the years has moved up through the US young rider and development ranks.
