Summary: Reb Noson adds another dimension into the angel of Esav pleading with Yaakov to let him go since the dawn has risen, saying that since it is a happy time when the Jews zealously and with joy snatch the Tzitzit and Tefilin to begin the morning prayers which are filled with joyous song and praise to Hashem, it is thus unfitting for such an angel to be present etc.
