I know that we have A.N.T.S. Automatic negative thoughts. Ok cool, we don’t have to act on them. Change the way that we are thinking, to see a different outcome. It’s not always as bad as we may think it is.

Give in to what you feel. You don’t have to oppress your feelings or your emotions.
