February 28, 2024: A morning moon-Spica and two planet conjunctions with the sun occur today.  Mercury is at superior conjunction and Saturn is at solar conjunction.

February 27, 2024: The moon approaches Spica.  The pair is visible before sunrise and later during the evening.

February 26, 2024: Look for the moon’s changing place against the stars before sunrise and after sunset.  Bright Jupiter is in the west-southwest after sundown.

February 25, 2024: Spot bright Jupiter after sunset in the west-southwest. The Jovian Giant is the easiest bright planet to see.

February 24, 2024: The bright Snow Moon shines in the western sky before daybreak.  Look for bright Jupiter after sundown.

February 23, 2024: This is the night of the Snow Moon, the smallest Full moon of the year.  Find bright Jupiter in the west-southwest after nightfall.

February 22, 2024: Look for the morning Venus-Mars conjunction before sunrise through a binocular.  After sundown find Jupiter and the moon.

February 21, 2024: Before sunrise, Venus is on final approach to Mars leading to their conjunction tomorrow morning.  Jupiter and the moon are visible after sundown.

February 20, 2024: Look for February’s Moon-Pollux conjunction in the eastern sky after sunset.  Find bright Jupiter in the southwest.
