First, The plaintiff Tyshawn had a sexual relationship with the defendant Dementria, who became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter. The plaintiff petitions the court for a DNA test because he says the defendant had a relationship with another man at the same time as him. The plaintiff says his family took care of the little girl when he was in prison, and he wants to confirm he is the father because he already sees her as a daughter. Plus, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and claims he physically abused her while she was pregnant with their child. She’s suing him for half the value of a trailer, the cost of a car, and unreturned property. The defendant claims the plaintiff showed up at his house with guns drawn, and he denies owing her for anything.
