A Father’s Day tribute to the man who taught me to walk, write, dream, and believe. His daily habits shaped far more than his health—they shaped a life.
How many times have you promised yourself, “I’ll start Monday”? Next week. Next month. After the chaos calms down. After the vacation. After the stress.
In this short but honest episode, SE Reese reminds you that healing and change don’t live in some perfect future version of you — they begin in one tiny, loving moment today.
No strict plan. No magic Monday. Just one breath of honesty and a choice made from love, not shame.
You don’t need to wait for the perfect day — because the person who changes your life isn’t the future you. It’s the you who chooses again and again to show up, right in the middle of the mess.
Listen in and remember:
Healing doesn’t happen tomorrow. It happens in the thousands of todays where you keep choosing yourself.

Whenever I heard people leaving the church, I was always baffled, especially when they were “the strong, faithful, stalwart” ones.
Why would anyone leave the most beautiful gift in all the world? How could anyone do it
These were my thoughts….
…no doubt some of you may be thinking the same thing about me.
I considered myself to be one of the strong, faithful, and stalwart ones. I had a desire to be immovable, faithful, and obedient like Nephi and the sons of Heleman.
I bore my testimony often. I used my singing voice to share my deep beliefs. We raised our children with the gospel surrounding us.
I was all in...until I wasn't.

Luke 19:39-40 [King James Version]
39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
Whether or not we choose to acknowledge Him, the truth of who He is will find a way to be known.
In this first episode, I share my love affair with all things sweet—how it started, how it took hold, and how I finally walked away. It’s a light-hearted look at my sugary past and a glimpse into the journey ahead. If you’ve ever felt hooked after the first bite, you’re in good company.
