Welcome to the Christmas Special of Therapy For Me. And I think we have made real progress, and that's because I would say this is one of the most upbeat episodes of the year and it falls on a red week?!

So maybe, just maybe, I have worked through that little pattern and this is the last time it will ever me mentioned. Then again.

This week I find myself reflecting on a very special evening in Oxford, my inability to juggle multi-platform conversations and why Panto is the one thing we really need right now (oh, no it isn't...)

And the title? Well did I ever tell you what my favourite day of the year is...
