Growing up in a society where the idea of a "perfect human" is put on the front line of social media posts it is very hard to believe that there are alot of people living with mental health issues behind those perfect images. How we have learned to live with them, and how we are affected by the stigma that surrounds mental health illness in this new generation of "false perfection". Often times, feeling overwhelmed and overcome by the illness but still managing to put on a smile and hustle hard.
