In 2 Chronicles 20, King Jehoshaphat and the army of Judah were in a predicament. They were besieged, and in addition to being severely outnumbered, they didn’t have enough weapons. They didn’t have the right resources and they didn’t even really have the guts to stand up to their enemies. But they realized that God was going to be there, because they knew that battle is the Lord’s. So they chose to praise the Lord, instead of fearing their circumstances.
