There are moments in life when the weight of the world, the brokenness around us, and our own exhaustion leave us feeling weak and overwhelmed. Psalm 73 captures that feeling honestly: “My flesh and my heart faileth.” Yet the psalmist immediately anchors himself in a greater truth: “But God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.” Even when our strength runs out, God remains steady, faithful, and near. The psalmist recognizes that those difficult moments can actually push us closer to God, leading us to rely on Him more deeply. Instead of allowing weariness to pull you away from God, let it drive you toward Him. Draw near to Him in prayer, spend time in His Word, and allow Him to become your strength in the middle of weakness.
