#237: Have you run into moments in your past where you remember the feeling of "being uncomfortable", but also pushing through that lack of comfort and seeing the positive results in the end?

This actually probably happens to many of us on a daily and weekly basis - from snoozing the alarm to waking up early, going to do a workout especially when you do not feel like it, having the much needed "uncomfortable" conversations with friends, a partner, or family, and etc.

It's always when we stay in the uncomfortable times, just a hair longer, that we see the positive effects and reality of personal growth and where it comes from.
