Let’s say you have been showing up for yourself and to this work, staying committed to healing your heart, and you feel like you are ready to start dating, but you just aren’t sure. It may feel like the people around you are all in committed relationships, getting married, having children, and it can be easy to see that and think, “When is it my turn?” This question was brought up by a client in my group coaching program, Stop Wanting Him Back And Find Someone Better. When you are in the thick of your heartbreak or maybe just not yet in the result of finding your person, it can be easy to focus on the negative.
