We all want to grow, right?

But we grow way more by being challenged than by finding people who agree with us all the time.

Social media can have the effect of denying us the benefits of being challenged...

...instead, opinions are polarised and debate is stifled, which results in stagnation, rather than growth.

It's time we began to encourage challenge and embrace argument - we'll be better for it!
