Back on 20th April 2016, I posted a video on Facebook.

Nothing strange about that, you might say, but I was putting down a marker - holding myself accountable.

I knew that after a year, or 2, or even more, FB would remind me of that video.

Today, I decided to steal a march on FB - to get in there before FB could say to me 'remember this?' - and I recorded an update.

When you start to think about how you're going to set about changing your life, to start living your life on purpose, it's very easy to begin by looking inwards.

I'm going to suggest you start by looking in the opposite direction...
