He has created the Next Generation Technology Program (NGTP), a robust framework for aligning technology vision, goals, and strategies with instructional and operational needs. This model has been implemented successfully in various educational settings, and his companies provide comprehensive solutions in computer science, renewable energy, and career preparation.

Born and raised in San Pedro, California, Ernie is deeply connected to his Mexican heritage and is the owner of a 100% Hispanic-owned education company. He is dedicated to supporting educators and students from Hispanic communities, providing resources and mentorship that empower individuals to succeed. His company, recently chosen as a Strategic Partner with Global School Consultants, supports schools with technology services across Central and South America and will be the producer of the Innovative Educator Conference in Panama in 2025.
