Business Name: Golden Hour Yoga Collective
Founder: Nicole Araujo
Golden Hour Yoga
The Golden Hour Yoga Collective embodies a journey of coming back home to yourself. This collective isn’t just yoga, it’s a way of life. You can think of this space as an outlet to dream, rediscover, slow down, breathe, let go, heal, and connect with like-minded souls!
There is a place for everyone here and an opportunity to learn, grow and make magic happen.
What we do- We are a retreat & wellness company local in London Ont
Our main destination is Portugal ( Azores) but since we can't travel we offer virtual in-home retreats!
“This practice and way of life has pushed me to explore the bigger picture of my very existence. Without fail, when I feel like life is too hard, I make my way onto my mat and move my body in prayer. My breath, my spirit and my body have an undeniable connection to each other. This is my practice, my truth and journey to healing with an open heart.”
Just had a baby so I won't be offering anything for the next year or so but on my instagram handle I offer a beautiful work book for purchase full of journal prompts & inspo to help you feel reconnected back to self. It's called the Golden Hours book of sacred rituals and intentions!

I have been through many professional transitions in my life. My work history includes being a retail employee, waitress, weight loss consultant, primary school teacher, and for more than 18 years I have been an Registered Massage Therapist. I have expanded my home based practice to include Craniosacral Therapy, Jikiden Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy. I call this combined therapy Integrated Healing and it is my favourite way to work!
I have been a yoga student for more than 25 years and a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher for 7 years. I love teaching workshops that include yoga, meditation and sound healing. I have taught a variety of workshops including, Re-birthing, Healing Chakras, Releasing Fear, and many more, to groups ranging from 5-65 people.
My latest transition is adding Holistic Life Coaching to my professional repertoire. I love helping women transition personally and professionally, taking time to re-discover who they truly are and what they are passionate about.
I truly believe that when we combine different modalities and our experience that we can create shifts in our perception and our healing. I try to incorporate my ongoing learning into my family and my work life to serve myself and others well.

In this episode I share a little bit about my disconnect from my Indigenous roots. My feelings about the recently found 215 Indigenous childrens bodies found on the property of what was once Canada's largest Residential school. I talk about the racism and generational trauma that is still greatly felt today.
