The Polynesian looked perfect on paper - but after their stay, Kim and her husband Tom will be looking for other options for their next visit after some real customer service let downs. Kim is planning a trip to celebrate her and her husband Tom’s 10th wedding anniversary! After Tom said he would really like to stay at the Polynesian, she decided to make it happen. What Tom doesn’t know, is that instead of being a triple split stay between the Polynesian Resort, the Polynesian Tower, and Coronado Springs, Kim has made a sneaky switch-a-roo for this to be only split between both sides of the Polynesian. They will have two days of park time, so much of their week will be spent visiting other resorts, heading to Disney Springs, and enjoying some rest and relaxation at the pool, which they don’t usually do. The perfect plan to celebrate 10 years!

Sadly, Virginia and Alex have returned to real life after a magical July Disney/Universal trip. They got to check out Epic Universe for the first time and did two tours for the first time, including Caring for Giants and the Keys to the Kingdom tours.

Heather and Tim, DVC owners at the Polynesian, are heading down to Walt Disney World on a large family trip in honor of the graduation of their oldest son. They have four kids ranging in age from 8 months to 18, plus grandparents coming along, so it’s sure to be a lively bunch. After one night at Beach Club, they will switch over to their home resort to stay for the very first time.

Olivia’s trip to Paris is over and it’s time to reminisce about the good times (as well as the “I didn’t expect that to happen” times). Alex is back and this trip involved a lot of pivots! So if you like hearing about how plans change, this is for you! They enjoyed three nights at Gran Destino Tower over at Coronado Springs for the first time, followed by a night at the Swan. They got a chance to have some time at Disney with their Florida local friends and then wrapped up their trip over at Cocoa Beach (including some time at Kennedy Space Center!).
