Where in the world is Vice President Kamala Harris? This week the vice president set off on her first international trip, but it was not to Mexico to see what is happening at the United States-Mexico border. Despite her being named the border czar more than two-and-a-half months ago, Harris has yet to go to the border. Or has she? So if not to the border, then what could the vice president be doing for the good of the American people? Or is she doing anything?
