Terri Preeg-Riggsby is a physically disabled mother and current elected official who is running to unseat Duncan Hwang for Metro Council District 6. Terri was endorsed for Metro Council by the Oregonian. She is currently the director of the West Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District and she will step down from that position if she wins the seat on Metro Council.
