Walking in the reward of the Lord is a mindset on Christ's victory and experiencing the joy of the Lord.

We are called to walk in gladness.

Psalm 122:1 "I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord."

Rise up and walk in the reward of the Lord.

The Lord has blessed this house!

Is your house blessed?

The Ark of God is the presence of God.

He dwells inside each believer so you can be a change agent to everyone around you.

Obed-Edom was blessed.

David was blessed.

The Ark of God was in their possession and they saw the change.

The presence of God in you brings in His reward.

Keep Your Guard Up!

As you are building you must also be watching.

Nehemiah was building the wall, but at the same time he was on watch.

As he had his tool in one hand he had the shield in the other.

We need to celebrate while at the same time be watchful of the enemy's tactics.

When God Promotes

Psalm 75:6 & 7 For exaltation comes neither from the east, nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge (He governs and executes.) He puts down one and exalts another.

Our goal should never be to be promoted, but to please God.

#1. Promotion comes from God when He sees humility and your heart ready.

#2. Promotion comes from God with testing – learn how to stand in the test with faith, humility and warfare.

#3. Promotion comes from God when those you are stewarding are ready or when He says “Enough!”

When your character shows maturity, when your heart shows humility, when those around you are prepared enough to not lose their faith with the backlash that inevitably comes, God will enlarge your territory as long as you remain faithful to Him.

You are being prepared. Your preparation time is for the multitude to come into the Kingdom.

In order to be prepared, personal growth is a must.

In Hebrews 4 we are told to mix faith to what we hear.

The Israelites did not mix faith with what they hear and therefore they did not enter in.

Your faith converts that word to power in your life.

Therefore, you’re thinking is critical to your living right. When you think right you live right.

How You Respond Determines What You Receive

Your reaction determines your future.

Saul and David both heard the same thing, but how they responded determined their future.

Goliath was making threats. Saul heard it and David heard it.

Saul reacted in fear, whereas David chose action.

The king cowered but the shepherd boy was courageous.

What was the difference? – David had a personal experience. He had personal victories.

He had killed both a lion and a bear.

The time of training came during a time of obscurity – when no one knew his name.

He had no pulpit, no crown, no title- he just tended sheep.

But God trained him for the kingship while he was tending sheep.
