"And another way I try to be mindful or practice mindfulness is through, like, awareness of my thoughts, but not without, like, try to limit judgments or classifying them as negative, stressful, or anxious and just being, like, aware that this, oh, like this is an anxious thought and then not really focusing on it or seeing it as, like, scary. I think it comes from act therapies, but it's very much just like, this is a part of everyday life."
