Another holiday gift to you. Today’s episode contains a Tonya guided meditation for you to enjoy.
Another little disclaimer: if you usually listen to us while driving or working, this episode should probably be saved for when you have some quiet down time, when you can sit quietly, close your eyes, and truly enjoy. Happy Holidays to you and yours. We appreciate you so much. We’ll be back with our usual content in the new year.
* Added disclaimer: Our sound engineer was still out sick at the time of this recording (we wish him a speedy recovery) so the audio is a little rough. We hope you'll extend some grace and adjust your volume accordingly. Thank you so much.
