Nothing new to me

While many of these ideas are awesome, I didn't find them new. Perhaps that is because I have worked in companies that avoided politics and hiring people who are not focused on results.

For people who are in larger slower or more traditional companies, this book would be insightful.

Possibly the worst read in the last decade

This book is arguably the most overrated rubbish I have ever had the misfortune of reading. This is a classic case of the authors not having very much to say at all so they drone on and on rehashing the same storyline chapter for chapter. There is nothing insightful, nothing meaningful and nothing worthwhile about this book. Possibly the worst investment in reading material I have made in a very long time.

a great concept and some interesting and provocative thinking. just a shame they keep repeating the same thing over and over which makes the audiobook twice as long as it needs to be

Dynamic & insightful

I enjoyed listening to this book as the flow and narration kept my interest on a thought provoking and detailed process. Lex packs a lot of information into this book which provides both nuggets of knowledge that I can apply right away as well as incentive for me to read the book again. The PSIU paradigm is a universal approach to understanding people and maximizing team output.

Understand the dynamics of your organization

I really loved this book. His PSIU matrix really clarified a lot of dynamics I was trying to understand within my team and the larger organization I work. It even allowed me to understand my own strengths and reasoning in a new light. Highly recommended.

I found the performance is better at 1.25x or 1.5x as it feels far too slow at normal speed. Hence the 4 stars. At a faster speed it's 5.

This is a great book for all those who have established their businesses and managers and Leaders.Gives a great insight and solutions on how one should be Manging their bandwidths and theirs teams on continual basis to ensure the energy is brought in the system and the organisation sails with great energy towards growth.

Really enjoyed the story and the theory of applying physics principles to org design. What other laws of physics could apply, I wonder?

Yes! It was nice and short and less then 3 hours. I wanted to glean the info in one sitting.

Super disappointed

I had such high hopes for this book and was very disappointed. I found very little value and nothing new in this book. A laundry list of generic retread ideas. Then an entire chapter about Jesus had me throwing my hands up. Total waste of money in my opinion.

I've probably learned around 70% of what the author says from my own experiences, but those 30% that are in the book were pieces of the puzzle that were missing. Great book didn't like narration style

Five star content. My only criticism was on the narration. Narrator's voice was pleasant, but she read words like quote and end quote and open parentheses. It was very distracting from topic and, ironically, added waste to the book.

Annoying narrator

Book had great content and I ordered a paperback but the narrator was completely annoying. Ma'am, please don't READ the punctuation but instead allow it to guide your inflection.

I could not listen to the narration of this book because of the Siri like format. The narrator has a great voice and reads well but includes the words "begin quote, end quote, open parenthesis and close parenthesis" - it might have been ok on occasion but the author uses a lot of quotes and parenthesis.
