The Irish Countrywomen’s Association, or the ICA for short, has been bringing women together for generations. With over 6000 members nationwide, Savina Donohoe sat down with the current president of the Cavan Federation, Kathleen Farrelly and lifelong member Lila Beattie to find out more about the organisations positive impact on Cavan women's lives.

Ornithologist Heather Bothwell filled us in on all things Cavan Wetlands before we took a trip to meet Sean at Cavan Adventure Centre to find out how he makes his wetland work for both his business and the environment. 

We went to visit Desmond at Jampa Ling Meditation Centre, nestled beside a beautiful forest in Bawnboy. Desmond led us through a 10 minute meditation before filling us in on all things Jampa Ling.
