Oh man y'all, strap in! Jesse is the man of a million stories and a million lives. From working with computers in his corporate days to hitchhiking across the country to picking up trail running in his 70s. He has mega grit and recently completed his first 50-miler at Festivus a few weeks ago!

Winston Fletcher joins Kevin, Joe, and Shae to talk about his history in running, memories of races past, and one of the most slept upon races in Florida: the Azalea Races (12hr/24hr/50mi) that take place in Ravine Gardens State Park.

Emily and Francis Quintanilla join Kevin, Joe, and Shae to recap her experience at the Tampa Bay 100. This one is a bit of a long one, the consequence of having crew share their first hand experience. Emily has a deep past with the Tampa Bay area and recounts the rock bottom sections of the course that she got to reclaim by running the event.
