This episode is the first of many in which  we look at various aspects of mental health, as two people who either have had in the past, or are currently carrying a diagnosis of some kind. We're dedicated to normalizing conversations about and abolishing the stigma around mental health. In the same way that we applaud someone who is working on becoming physically fit- someone who is working on becoming mentally healthy should be celebrated!
