While My Batteries Charge RC Podcast

It's finally here! The episode I've been teasing for a while...how 24th scale RC crawlers are similar to what the hobby train scene was like many years ago. People are building courses in their house to run these mini crawlers. I had Jaysen's RC's on with me to discuss it. 

Happy New Year you RC Freaks! I'm super excited about the possibilities for 2023. It's nice to start with a clean slate and a clear mind for the year. My goal is to work harder to make my 2022 goals have even more of an impact on my personal RC journey–and that starts with learning to say "No." As a "helper" personality, that is hard for me to do. I like to say yes and help people, but I'm at the point where it's no longer helping people as I can't keep up. Letting people down really stresses me out and that really hurts my content and frame of mind–which isn't what I want a "hobby" to do. So I'm going to focus on my wants and work with people when the two align. Be sure to focus on your health and mental health this year too. Let's do it!

It's been a while since I recorded a podcast and much of that is to blame on the Monthly Mayhem event I was participating in. It took up most of my time and we weren't allowed to discuss details until it was over. So I didn't have other new stuff to talk about and I couldn't talk about the Monthly Mayhem...which left nothing for the podcast. Now that it's over, let's talk Monthly Mayhem and the newly created King of RC content on CCxRC.

I had the privilege of working on the Losi shoot for the LMT Mud Trucks last month and have some fun behind the scenes stories to share. Join Jeremy and I as we talk about our experience making the video. 

Got a couple topics to cover in this one. I just got back from a trip to Virginia. I had a shoot with a non-profit client for an upcoming video series, and reached out to Ryan about doing the livestream with him last week. I also got the new ARRMA Outcast 4s–which is amazing! The final topic was the Great Lakes Guantlet event coming up in Michigan September 16-17.  Hope you enjoy it.
