Ok, yes, we've done the Infinity Bottle thing before. But this time Ed and Scott curated separate bottles, tasting and testing each whiskey that went in, aiming for a particular taste profile. Also, Gabe created a mega version that contains some portion of 87 whiskeys! I mean, c'mon, you just HAVE to find out how THAT monster came out, right?!
