We all have a past, and we are all capable of changing. One thing that can create stumbling blocks in dating is past relationships and past relationship patterns. When we continue to have low standards we continue to choose unhealthy relationships. It's a cycle yes, but are you willing to break it?

Sometimes we have to admit we took that L. I, unfortunately took a huge one this past week. The only good thing that came out of that was what I learned, not only about myself but about others as well.

While I did not plan on diving deep in this episode, I felt moved to do so(nothing ever goes as planned in my life...like ever). I am open an vulnerable in my story, I am also unashamed. Identity is a tough subject especially when you already struggle with who you are.
