Is this what parents going through parental alienation find or am I over reacting?

After a month to myself I’m ready to update you regarding my situation. 

I missed a week, nobody is perfect and it was for a valid reason.  Between my podcasts and the new lifestyle that I find myself creating for myself and my children (challenges along the way) I have to say I’m really proud!

A difficult week makes a late podcast but this is reality that I’ll not apologise for as I’m real and unfiltered x.
