Today mom and I talk about the heroes and heroines that are written into sport romances. Do you have a favorite athlete that make a good hero/heroine?

As writers, we do A LOT of sitting. In this episode, mom and I discuss the affects that has on our physical and mental health. With special guest Lyssa, who explores the topic as both an experienced dancer and professional flexologist.

In today's episode, mom and I talk about our own groups and how creating community can help the writing process.
