Jeff, Jay and Jeremy dive into every aspect of the second-to-last episode of the season, beginning by discussing the unwritten rule of cutting an ally you can't beat. Then, Jeff explains how a challenge walk-through works, and Jeremy answers why even after 20-plus days without food or proper sleep, there is still something left in the tank. Next, it's the biggest reward of the season, including some powerful letters from home.
