  • If You're Second-Guessing Your Decisions, Listen to This

Do you feel stuck with something simply because you’ve already invested so much in it? Like a career you worked hard for, a plan you told everyone about, or a version of your future you were once so sure you wanted?

Changing your mind sounds simple in theory. But when a decision has become part of how we see ourselves, choosing differently can feel like admitting we got it wrong. And suddenly, we're spending more energy justifying a choice than asking ourselves whether we'd still make it today.

The tricky part is that not every difficult thing is the wrong thing. Sometimes we're growing into something that matters to us, and sometimes we've outgrown something we once genuinely wanted. Knowing the difference can be harder than we'd expect.

So how do you recognize when it's time to keep going, and when it's time to choose a different direction?

In this episode of ALIVE filled with real-life stories, we're exploring why changing your mind can feel so uncomfortable, how our current decisions shape our future, and what it means to give yourself permission to want something different.

Because you can honor the person you were when you made a decision without having to decide on the rest of your life.

If you've been questioning a choice you've made, or find yourself holding on to something only because letting go feels like failure, this conversation offers space, air and the opportunity to drop the mental weight once and for all.

  • How to Stop Being Distracted & Reclaim Your Focus

Your brain is constantly busy. But how much of your life are you actually paying attention to?

We live in a world where almost everything is competing for a piece of our attention. Messages, notifications, endless information, work responsibilities and the constant temptation to check what everyone else is doing.

We become incredibly good at being busy while slowly losing touch with the moments we're actually living.

Perhaps you recognize that feeling of reaching the end of a day that was packed with activity, yet struggling to remember what you genuinely enjoyed about it.

You got things done, answered messages, kept up with everything that needed your attention. But somehow, you barely had any left for yourself.

And that's where life gets draining.

Learning to manage your attention isn't about getting more done. It's about getting more out of the life you're already living.

In this guided coaching episode of ALIVE, we're exploring how to stop being distracted and reclaim your focus, so you can spend less time reacting to everything around you and more time consciously experiencing what matters to you.

Imagine being able to concentrate on something you love without constantly reaching for your phone. Feeling genuinely present with the people around you, having more mental space to think clearly, and finally enjoying your free time without your mind pulling you in five different directions. 🥳

These might sound like small changes, but they have the potential to transform the quality of your everyday life, your relationships and the way you experience yourself. Most people who take to heart what I am sharing in this episode genuinely feel happier in their lives.

And the good news? You don't need a radical digital detox or a completely different lifestyle to begin.

If you've been feeling scattered, overstimulated or frustrated by how easily your attention disappears, this episode will help you look at distraction differently and discover where you can start taking back control.

Because the more intentionally you choose where your attention goes, the more intentionally you get to live your life.

  • Life Beyond Achievements: Why You Constantly Feel Guilty For Doing Nothing

Who are you when there is nothing to finish, prove or improve?

Imagine it's Saturday afternoon. Your calendar is empty, your responsibilities are taken care of, and for once, there's absolutely nothing you have to do.

    Sounds like freedom, right?

And yet, after about twenty minutes, you find yourself looking for something productive to do.

Because doing nothing can feel surprisingly uncomfortable when you're used to always moving forward.

I know that feeling incredibly well.

When you've spent years setting goals, working hard and building things, achievement can become much more than something you do. It shapes how you feel about yourself, how you spend your time and even how much permission you give yourself to enjoy it.

But when did 'simply enjoying your life' start feeling like something you had to earn?

In this deeper guided coaching episode of ALIVE, we're getting curious about the relationship between productivity, identity and self-worth. About the strange guilt that sometimes accompanies slowing down, and the uncomfortable questions that appear when there's suddenly nothing left to achieve.

What if your life didn't have to produce something to be worth living?

If you've ever struggled to enjoy a free afternoon without feeling like you should be doing something useful, this conversation might hit closer to home than you expect.

  • Is Your Job Becoming Your Identity?

    “So, what do you do?”

It’s probably one of the most normal questions we ask when we meet someone new. And most of us answer it without thinking twice. We give our job title, talk about the company we work for or explain the business we’re building.

Which makes sense. We spend a huge part of our lives working. But throughout choosing a career, becoming good at what we do and investing years of energy into it, work can so easily become more than work. It becomes part of the way we introduce ourselves, measure our progress and sometimes even understand who we are.

And you might only notice how much of your identity has become attached to it when something changes.

Maybe the career you worked so hard for suddenly doesn’t excite you in the same way anymore. Maybe you lose a job, change direction, step away from your business or simply start wondering whether you still want work to occupy quite so much space in your life. Suddenly, a professional question can become a very personal one: If I’m no longer this, then who am I?

In this guided coaching episode of ALIVE, we explore what happens when work becomes responsible for too much of our sense of self, why professional change can shake us more deeply than we expect, and what we might discover when we start paying attention to the person who exists outside of meetings, goals, achievements and job titles.

Because this isn’t a conversation about becoming less ambitious or caring less about your career. You can love what you do, want to grow, build something meaningful and still create a life that contains so much more of you.

Your work can matter deeply to you without having to explain all of you.

  • ALIVE: The Pleasure Project

When did enjoyment become another thing to manage well?

The Pleasure Project is a seven-day experiment in paying attention to what genuinely feels good and prioritizes mental, emotional and physical excitement rather than turning something into a goal, a wellness habit, content or something useful.

In this playful episode of ALIVE, we explore why pleasure is not to be achieved, not hunted, but invited in and enjoyed as a unique experience in the moment.

We will go deeper on what your body can tell you about the things you enjoy, and what changes when you let an experience belong entirely to the moment itself.

One small pleasure a day. Enough attention to actually receive it. No impressive result required.

  • The "Someday" Trap: When Later Becomes a Lifestyle

How much of your life are you postponing to 'later'? How much are you saving for 'someday'?

Waiting can be an incredibly strong concept for proof when it comes to important decisions. Me personally, as a Reflector in Human Design, I do not make decisions prompto. It takes an entire lunar cycle to make important decisions.

Yet when the same thing you deeply want is still being postponed six months later, it is not about clearing the mind or deepening your fundament on your decision anymore. If you are still waiting on the right moment, you are actually procrastinating.

In this guided coaching episode of ALIVE, we explore the difference between timing and permission, why we will never feel ready before we have begun, and how to bring adesire into your present life without needing to turn everything upside down.

One honest question. One small move. And perhaps a little less waiting for life to become convenient and definitely less waiting for the perfect moment.

  • Your Old Life Stopped Fitting – Why Discomfort is the Exactly Right Way Now

Your life has looked perfectly fine from the outside so far. But now it suddenly starts to feel strangely icky from inside, like clothes that are too small.

You can appreciate everything you've built and feel readyfor something different. You can love the person you've become and still sense another version of you emerging.

That space can be confusing, especially when there is noobvious crisis forcing you to change.

This episode explores what happens when your identity, values and desires begin moving and overtaking the life you've built around them.

If you have started questioning a life you once felt certain about. If you are feeling pulled toward a new direction without knowing exactly where that is.

If you have outgrown routines, roles or expectations that used to fit.

If you are carrying guilt around wanting somethingdifferent.

If you are in the messy middle between who you've been and who you're becoming.

YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS!

    Why do I know that?

Because I am exactly where you are right now. In that messy middle, flowing in the chaos of emotions, being tossed and twisted.

So let's talk about the difference between dissatisfaction andevolution, why change can feel uncomfortable even when it is deeply right for you (and why we therefore tend to take the nearest exit to escape), and how to recognize the signals that your life is asking for a new chapter.

I will guide you through a visualization that helps you connect with the version of yourself one year from now and identify onedecision your current self can make today.

If today feels like something inside you has shifted andyou're still trying to find the words for it, take this episode as a place to start.

No, I don't have the entire next chapter figured out. Let me guess, neither have you.

    That's okay. No need.

We can start by telling ourselves the truth about our next move, then go from there. Deal?

  • Protect Your Aliveness – Even When You Struggle Setting Boundaries

    Our series continues:

You know what makes you feel good. In last weeks episode you were guided through (and honestly guided yourself through) what makes you feel alive. ✨

You know which people energize you, which activities makeyou lose track of time and which parts of your life bring you back to yourself.

Today, I want you to understand and learn what it means to protect all of that, even when the most odd Tuesday comes around.

In these moments when the meeting runs late, someone needs something from you super urgentl (or not) and your inboxis full. You're exhausted. Your calendar is packed.

If you do not have the tools to protect your aliveness, the things that make you feel most alive are the first things to disappear.

Press play and join me if:

    • you know what gives you energy and still struggle to make room for it
    • you're constantly available to everyoneelse
    • your own needs keep landing at the bottom of your priority list
    • you feel guilty even when you choose pleasure, rest or personal time
    • you're ready to build a life that contains the things that finally make you feel like yourself again.

We'll talk about boundaries (of course), energy, people pleasing and the subtle ways we learn to treat our own aliveness like a luxury. 🤯

You'll also work with a simple “100 energy points” exercise to make this highly practical and sustainable.

So, I know your calendar is full, your energy isscattered and there is barely room for 30 minutes to listen to something that is just for you. BUT if you can't remember the last time you did something simply because it made you feel good, you still need to listen no matter what!

Your life needs more than things that keep it running. It needs things that make you want to be in it, not just cheering on the sideline. I mean, when did you quit being the main character of your own story?
