There are more than 68 million young people in the U.S. who makeup Generation Z – that is anyone born between 1997 and 2012. Research shows that this cohort is the most racially and ethnically diverse than any other previous generation and are progressive in their mindsets. On top of this, they’re extremely tech-savvy and believe that mental health is equally as important as physical health.
