The question Mark’s gospel invites us to wrestle with is profound: Who is Jesus to you? In Mark 2, Jesus repeatedly places Himself in positions of conflict. He challenges the crowds, confounds the religious leaders, and confronts individuals, forcing them to confront this question and inviting them to trust in faith.
