What does wanting more mean to you?

Perception is really important to be aware of here because 99% of people would associate you wanting more to mean personal financial gain, when this is not always the case.

Personal development is for you to understand yourself and what is important to you, what more do you want to achieve and what do you want to do with your achievements?
Personal perception and interpretation is a very personal factor in your striving for difference, growth, improvement and success.

Are you leaving your personal development as a last resort?

I totally get it .... I did the same when it came to serious personal development!

You thrash out every business concept and external strategy available and then still wonder where the results are going to land for you.
The trouble is so many people don't tend to look inwards at themselves and how they can improve any business by being self aware and aligned to themselves and the business.

Is it possible to continue if you are not seeing the results that you want?
There is always an option to stick or twist but can you honestly say that you are being 100% committed to the process and applying yourself how you should be in order to warrant the results?

Don't forget the results don't show up just because you want them to or expect them to.
A great reminder of the process for anyone feeling disheartened or challenged.
