š¤Heather at (06:22) - I did something super smart which a lot of people told me was a terrible idea and it was a great idea. I posted online, āI have just been fired. And if I have ever helped you in 14 years, I would love to hear from you today.ā And that post went viral. And it opened so many opportunities for me, so many doors.
š¤Heather at (10:45) - Iām done with allowing others to treat me poorly.
š¤Heather at (11:58) - Thatās how I ended up on the Steve Harvey Show. The executive producer wouldnāt call me back and I was frustrated. Iām like, Iām sending a life-size cut-out, and I send a note that says, āI know itās fun hanging with me in the office but itās way more fun when the real me comes in.ā
š¤Heather at (14:30) - People do business with the people they know, like, and trust.
š¤Heather at (16:50) - Everyone is in sales, and you know that right?
š¤Heather at (17:00) - I was a VP of sales. Clearly, I was in sales. But then I wrote a book. And guess what happens when you write a book? Nothing, unless you sell it.
š¤Heather at (17:24) - In every exchange, someone is sold. Will it be you or will it be the other person?
š¤Heather at (17:28) - I devoted my life to be that person who is doing the selling and I encourage you to do the same.
š¤Trevor at (18:46) - Why donāt we actually give a damn?
š¤Heather at (21:28) - If this guy isnāt gonna understand that I need to take care of a sick family member, that's not my guy anyways.
š¤Heather at (23:17) - No matter what city I would go to, I didnāt go back to the hotel, or gym, and go to bed early. I would book a dinner with someone because I want to hear about their life. I want to understand them.
š¤Heather at (23:40) - Whenever you can show up for other people, youāre gonna get huge gains and rewards from them.
š¤Trevor at (24:54) - Shame on you!
