Today I'm speaking to the NEW "wholesaler"....yeah, YOU....if you haven't closed at least 2 deals by now..YOURE NEW.
Whether you're BRAND new or just STUCK, I have something I want to share with you that has worked for me and it should help you too.

In the last episode I spoke a LOT about the "5 Steps" to Wholesaling
TODAY...I'm going to cover IN-DEPTH Step #1 of those 5 Steps.......those 5-Steps again are:
#1: Locate Prospects
NOTHING happens until you talk to someone with a house to sell, NOTHING!!!
#2: Prescreen prospects
We MUST make sure this is a DEAL worth going after, why waste our time on deals that had NO chance of closing.
#3: Make an Offer
In order to get something BOUGHT, we MUST make an OFFER!
In future sessions, we'll go over Step 3 "Make an Offer" in juicy DETAIL.
#4: Follow up on your offer
Do some people need NUDGED to get things done in this world? I DO sometimes, do you? SO DO SELLERS!
We MUST follow-up and the WAY you communicate can make or BREAK a deal.
#5: Close the deal quickly
Close the deal as FAST as possible. SUCCESS favors SPEED..IF you don't know or have experienced this yet, YOU WILL
EACH step has SEVERAL different ways they can be done...you'll learn to TEST what works/WhatDoesnt then ADOPT that strategy and GO HARD, then ADAPT to an EVER-changing market
